What's Included

  • Breathwork

    We'll focus on shamanic breathwork as our primary tool, but also explore breathwork techniques across different cultures to help with issues from grounding to mindfulness to liberation from selfishness.

  • Weekly Classes

    Weekly classes are held via Zoom. These classes are an opportunity to learn, share sacred space, do breathwork together, and ask questions. All classes are recorded and the replay sent to participants.

  • Group Coaching

    This container is a safe space for expansion and growth that allows you to tap into the hidden layers of yourself. Share what's going on within you and around you, for support and coaching. A good coach doesn't give you advice or answers, they ask good questions to help you find your own.

  • Community

    A private SLACK channel will be our space to come together in community and connect with others as we connect with ourselves. Together we'll hold hands as we walk each other home.

  • Exercises

    Practical techniques, challenges, journal prompts, affirmations, exercises, and methods of working with the mind, heart, body, and soul will ground this high vibrational in the physical world. Grounded techniques are necessary for understanding how to operate in this physical reality , create change in the physical world, and better serve ourselves and others.

  • What's the difference between breathwork and shamanic breathwork?

    Holotropic breathwork focuses on entering non-ordinary states of consciousness to access the subconscious and repressed thoughts and emotions. While shamanic breathwork also leads people into non-ordinary states of consciousness, shamanic breathwork focuses on energy and the physical and energetic changes needed to align the human body with the Higher Self. Shamanic breathwork feeds the spiritual body with high vibrational energy from Earth and Spirit, opens energetic channels in the physical body, and increases the physical body's capacity to hold spiritual energy.

  • What are the benefits of shamanic breathwork?

    Shamanic breathwork improves the intuition, increases mental and emotional stamina, helps with emotional release and shifting limiting beliefs, and significantly raises your vibration. As you raise your vibration, you'll naturally experience more signs, synchronicities, and abundance.

  • What are the dates?

    The course runs from May 10 - June 19, from the beginning of Mercury retrograde through Mercury retrograde post-shadow. We meet for introduction and orientation via Zoom on May 10th and thereafter meet for classes via Zoom on Sundays at 10AM PST.

  • What if I can't make the live classes?

    A replay will be uploaded to the course and sent to all participants.

  • Are there any contraindications for breathwork?

    As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for anyone thinking of practicing breathwork: * Pregnancy, especially first trimester * Detached retina or glaucoma * High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication) * Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke. * Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen * Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes * Respiratory Issues / Asthma * Epilepsy / Seizures * Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition. * Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years. * Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release. It is crucial that you consult your healthcare provider before engaging in a breathwork practice if you are unsure if it is a suitable practice for you.
