Shamanic journeying is a vision quest into the spirit world, using a spiritual connection to contact helping spirits to get answers on any subject, heal the mind, deal with external stress, and create change. Shamanic journeying is different than meditation. Meditation works with the subconscious; shamanic journeying works on a higher level of consciousness, allowing you to enter the spirit world. By creating changes in the spiritual plane, those changes filter down into the physical plane. When you work with the energy first, growth and change is easier and faster.
You'll have greater clarity and learn to trust yourself. You'll feel lighter and more emotionally stable. You'll have a better understanding of why things happened they way they did. Over time, your intuition will improve as you raise your vibration by being in shamanic space. You'll have a better relationship with your spirit guides; as you deepen the relationship, they'll send you more signs, synchronicities, downloads, and dreams.
You don't need to be intuitive or have any experience. You'll be using my connection to Spirit not yours to enter shamanic space. I use drumming and intention to bring you into shamanic space. At a certain beats per minute the brain produces chemicals that allow one to enter the spiritual world; as a Filipino babaylan shaman by lineage, my brain produces a lot of those chemicals, allowing me to bring others in. I create a safe, protected space there and invite your highest and best spirit guides in so they can share their information to help with your healing. Once they're done, I bring you and them out of the space and close it.
No. I'll be guiding you through. Magick doesn't have to be complicated; if you can follow a recipe, you'll be fine. The spell is easy to do with items you already have at home.
