This course is for you if: you have trouble falling asleep; you have insomnia; you have trouble getting enough sleep; you feel exhausted even when you do sleep; anxiety keeps you up at night; it's Mercury retrograde.
Shamanic journeying is different than meditation. Meditation works with the subconscious; shamanic journeying works on a higher level of consciousness and allows one to enter the spirit world. The changes are made on a soul-level and will be deeper and more profound. Shamanic journeying focuses on using a spiritual connection to connect with helping spirits to heal the mind, deal with external stress, and understand the self and the world. By creating changes in the spiritual plane, those changes filter down into the physical plane. Personal development is easier and faster when you work with the energy first.
You'll have greater clarity and learn to trust yourself. Over time, your intuition will improve. You'll have a better relationship with your spirit guides. You'll raise your vibration, as shamanic space is in a high vibrational energetic plane. You'll have a better understanding of the underlying causes of your behavior.
You don't need to be intuitive or have any experience. You'll be using my connection to Spirit not yours to enter shamanic space. I use drumming and intention to bring you into shamanic space. At a certain beats per minute the brain produces chemicals that allow one to enter the spiritual world; as a Filipino babaylan shaman by lineage, my brain produces a lot of those chemicals, allowing me to bring others in. I create a safe, protected space there and invite your highest and best spirit guides in so they can share their information to help with your healing. Once they're done, I bring you and them out of the space and close it.
